Refund policy

Standard:  We have a standard is 24 hours (1 day) refund policy. If 1 day has passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.  The refund only pertains to the product price itself and does not include any delivery charges. 

Full Refund Exceptions:  If you wish to receive a full refund of the product including all related charges, you must send a written notice that you wish to cancel your order and wish for a full refund at least 6 hours prior to delivery time.
