Shipping policy

Same Day Delivery: 

In order to use our same-day delivery service, the customer must place an order with all necessary details as specified in our online store order forms prior to 12:00 PM of the same day.    

Standard Delivery Options: 

Online orders will be set for 3 hour delivery time windows.  If the customer wishes to select a more specific time for delivery/pick-up he/she must call 201-482-2275 to see availability.  

Shipment: 

Once the product is delivered to the customer, whether it be in person or to point of reception (front desk, front door) the shipment will be deemed properly delivered and the customer shall not be eligible for a full refund.
